Have you ever felt trapped with no way out?
Imagine using your distress as a way to gain a new perspective... Sometimes the problems we encounter can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves and our potential. Examining past experiences that have caused us pain can bring insight into our current dilemmas. By using this information, we are able to make changes in the way we perceive our situations and the way we respond and react to them. Therapy can open our eyes to new options and help us view our circumstances from a different vantage point. |
In addition to providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children,
I also work with couples and families. Telehealth (sessions by video or telephone) may also be a convenient option for you. |

My research has focused on marital satisfaction, increasing self-esteem,
and the benefits of hope and optimism. I also present workshops on cognitive therapy and stress management. |
